We are the people who help you once your site is online. To do this we use a variety of professional-grade production tools and and programming methods.

Why should I hire you and not send the job offshore where I can get it done cheaper?

It’s true you can outsource projects for less than we charge, however we charge less than most North American web developers. Communication is a big part of ensuring jobs are done quickly and cost effectively, and something that can prove to be an issue when working with people from non-English speaking countries. We’ve got lots of experience fixing the jobs that were originally sent offshore.

How much will it cost?

We charge $51 per task. A task is pretty much anything WordPress related that can be completed in under thirty minutes. If we are unable to do the task, we will refund your money. If what you require is larger than the scope of a single task, we will let you know. We also offer WordPress support plans to keep your website or blog safe and secure. Support plan subscribers receive a significant discount on tasks.

How do you accept payments?

We accept PayPal, credit cards, and in Canada we also accept Interac e-Transfer.

How long will it take?

We pride ourselves in our quick turnaround times. We usually get the job done within 24 hours of task purchase.

What will you need from me?

We will need administrative access to your WordPress site. For some tasks we might also ask for FTP and database access. And if this sounds like a bunch of tech jargon don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you in terms you can easily understand.
